title = "Digital memristor emulator based on threshold adaptive model",
abstract = "The objective of this work is to develop a digital memristor emulator made up of a micro-controller (Arduino Due) and a digital potentiometer (DigPot) based on threshold adaptive memristor model (TEAM). The mathematical equations control the TEAM model are executed onto the Arduino Due which communicates through the DigPot with the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) ports. On a serial monitor of the computer, data is collected via the serial port and plotted in real time. The characteristics simulated and tested are: the transient voltage and current, the I-V characteristic, the temporal variation of the resistance and the resistance-voltage characteristic. So that, Our emulator composed of on-the-shelf electronic devices serve at a time where reliable theoretical physical memristor components are until now available for testing.",
