Abstract

The purpose of the research study is to understand the relationship and level of wellness practices among the management students. Wellness practices can contribute healthy lifestyle and it is a requirement for the mankind in today’s life. This research explores into detailed relationship between different factors influencing wellness practices. Even though enough literature has been found regarding the concept there exists a lack of appropriate study to understand the level of wellness practices among the management’s students. A questionnaire was developed as part one with seven demographic questions and part two with three different factors influencing wellness practices. Convenient Sampling method was used to collect primary data from management students of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University in AlKharj. The findings of the study revealed a low level of wellness practices towards Female Management students. Also results show a significant relationship towards the marital status and education level of mother is having a significant positive relationship towards the wellness practices among the student’s understudy.
