N2 - Conversation is a crucial and essential part of the organisation since it successfully promotes managers, which impacts organisational administration and outcomes. The systems theory is used in this important study to evaluate how communication firm outcomes. In meeting its goals, the study’s objectives were to determine the theory-based network characteristics that impact effective interaction and then design a communication model that considers these aspects. In the study, the organisational culture serves as a facilitator as it evaluates the effect of efficient communication on firm success. The information was gathered from a few people employed by businesses in a country’s IT and telecom sectors. The study’s findings indicate that good communication favours organisational performance, but if an organisation’s culture is not supportive, performance will suffer. The findings of this study suggest that management should support and develop a culture of good communication both within and between enterprises to boost performance.
