Switched inductor switched capacitor based active network inverter for photovoltaic applications

Abstract

Switched Inductor Switched Capacitor Inverter (SISCI) for Photovoltaic (PV) Uses is recommended in this paper. The planned inverter is a two stage-inverter. The first-stage consists off Switched-Inductor-Switched-Capacitor Based Active Network (SISCAN) converter and the second-stage is the five-switch inversion stage. The projected structure owns some intrinsic gains such as high-boosting-ratio, reduced voltage-stresses and moderate-efficiency. Control-algorithm settled for the anticipated-coordination to do the upcoming-tasks: mine Maximum-Power (MP) from PV modules, boost low-dc output-voltage and insert sinusoidal-current synchronized with the grid-voltage. Principal of operation, Analysis and simulation of the proposed system are discussed in details.
