Abstract
This article considers the rotating flow of a second grade fluid on an infinite plate in the (x, y) plane which moves in the negative direction. The governing time dependent equations in a rotating frame are solved using Laplace transform method. The expressions for the velocity profiles, drag and lateral stress on the plate are obtained. The influence of physical parameters is discussed through various graphs.
