Abstract
To achieve accreditation, a university and its affiliated colleges must prepare documents, processes, and results according to the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The accreditation focuses on all items of the self-study report (SSR), which consists of many standards, sub-standards, and their practices. These practices contain numerical processes and results. Auditors go through these items, processes, and their results. To audit such big files, one needs to be patient and have time. In this paper, a template was developed to reduce time required to evaluate such big files for the accreditation purpose. Furthermore, these templates were used in colleges, wherein they were distributed for the auditing purpose. The template was found to be useful and consume less time compared with the manual process of going through the SSR documents.
