Abstract

Telehealth and cloud-based communication platforms now hide medical data. Text and multimedia data are hidden using encryption, steganography, and watermarking. Steganography may hide medical data in images, music, video, text, and more. Using optical lights, optical steganography deciphers concealed messages. This study established an effective optical steganography model for telemedical data security. Polynomial Cryptographic LSB Substitution (PCLSB-S) reduces the distortion and increases medical data imperceptibility by using two-level randomised cryptographic technique with polynomial variable estimation. Advanced encryption standard and polynomial variables for video cover increase data security in which the medical text, picture, and audio payload capacity increased with PCLSB-S model. PCLSB-S model boosts payload and resilience, according to experiments. PCLSN-S model worked for optical steganography.
