Abstract
Legal environment of business is one of the important college required course taught in business school curricula world-wide. Since, the nature of the course is based on law and typical law terminology poses difficulties before students to understand the concepts fully.So it has been always a challenge for instructors to make the teaching and learning convenient tostudents.In the present study the author has made an attempt by implementing the concept map as a teaching tool and analyzedits impact on students' learning.The outcome of this experiment revealed that concept map is one of the facilitative tools for students learning. As an offshoot of concept map students grades and their opinion rating improved.
