Abstract
It has been alleged that several of the authors of this publication are under investigation for buying co-authorship. They appear as co-authors in numerous articles on completely unrelated topics in various journals. Many of these articles have already been retracted by the journals in which they were published. These authors have careers in areas completely unrelated to the topic of this publication. In addition, most of the authors were added to this article during the revision process, without requesting or receiving permission to do so from the Editor-in-Chief, and the original first author was replaced by another. This is highly irregular and unethical behaviour by the corresponding author. Because this is a review article and contains no original data, the journal has not been presented with enough evidence to proceed with retraction of the paper.
