Abstract

Measurements of ²²²Rn and ²²⁰Rn daughters in Qena desert using NaI(Tl) gamma spectrometer showed that the mean level changed with both atmospheric temperature and humidity. The levels of radon daughters reached their maximum values at relatively lower atmospheric temperature. No obvious effect of relative humidity on the levels was observed. -Authors
