Abstract

considerable improvement of information communication technologies and computing means that have been effectively utilized among users enable them to participate in different business activities. Companies can exploit the crowdsourcing concept to accomplish their goals and objectives of the digital marketing strategic plan by engaging the users in various marketing activities to increase the marketing campaign's success rate. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to survey relevant research papers related to the crowdsourcing concept and digital marketing process and crowdsourcing utilization and deployment in the company's marketing activities. From digital marketing, perspective crowdsourcing might be utilized in various activities such as product development, advertising and promotion, market research, communication, generating innovative ideas and, others.
