Abstract
With the rapid development of the Internet and the rapid advancement of technology, intelligent robots are becoming more and more popular in various fields. In the “Internet+” era, the power system is also advancing with the times, and is constantly advancing in the direction of intelligence. Intelligent inspection robots for substations have also been continuously developed in this process and put into practical use. To a large extent, it helps the staff to improve the quality of inspections and reduce the error rate. The purpose of this paper is to study the intelligent inspection robot control system of substation based on “Internet+”. This article first analyzes the development trend of intelligent inspection robots in substations, describes the design principles of intelligent inspection robots, and then proposes solutions for route navigation of intelligent inspection robots in substations. Finally, the factors that affect the intelligent inspection robot system and operation of the substation are experimentally studied, and related solutions to suppress interference are proposed. The experimental research results show that the most serious impact on the detection effect of the substation inspection robot is the field lights and field weeds, which are 28.14% and 31.71%, respectively. The slope also has a relatively large impact, with an impact degree of 16.12%. The other effects are relatively small, about 8%. Therefore, in terms of inspection robots, it is necessary to strengthen to make up for the shortcomings in this area.
